1. What is an invention of generating or transmitting mechanical vibration equipment; sorting, cleaning, waste disposing equipment?

2. Why should you register the inventions of generating or transmitting mechanical vibration equipment; sorting, cleaning, waste disposing equipment in Vietnam?

Normally, a dossier of invention patent registration has documents and papers as below:

- 02 Application of invention, typing according to form No. 01-SC Appendix A of Circular No. 01/2007 / TT-BKHCN;

- 02 Description of invention/utility solution;

- 02 Request for protection of invention/utility solution;

- Receipt of fees and charges.

- Power of attorney (if the application for invention/utility solution is filed through an industrial property representation service organization);

- Transfer assignment of right to apply (if any);

- Documents certifying the right to registration (if beneficiary from others);

- Documents proving the priority (if the invention registration application requires priority right).

4. Procedures of registration of inventions for generating or transmitting mechanical vibration equipment; sorting, cleaning, waste disposing equipment in Vietnam?

For applicant which is an organization with a business office or an individual with permanent residence in Vietnam, the applicant may proceed or authorize a representative organization to proceed with the invention patent registration at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (NOIP).
