DECREE

AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING POINT 2, ITEM IV, SECTION B OF THE DETAILED TARIFF OF CHARGES AND FEES PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH THE GOVERNMENT'S DECREE NO. 24/2006/ND-CP OF MARCH 6, 2006

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the August 28, 2001 Ordinance on Charges and Fees;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECREES:

To amend and supplement Point 2, Item IV, Section B of the detailed tariff of charges and fees promulgated together with the Government's Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP of March 6, 2006, as follows:

2	Fee for flying past airspace or traveling past territorial land or waters
2.1	Fee for flying license;	Ministry of Finance
2.2	Fee for cargoes, luggage and vehicles in transit;	Ministry of Finance
2.3	Fee for licensing survey, designing, installation, repair or maintenance of post, oil and gas, or transport facilities in territorial land or waters of Vietnam;	Ministry of Finance
2.4	Fee for granting foreign ship crew landing permits	Ministry of Finance
2.5	Fee for granting foreign ship disembarkation permits;	Ministry of Finance
2.6	Fee for granting permits for Vietnamese ship operators to get alongside with foreign ships;	Ministry of Finance
2.7	Fee for granting permits for Vietnamese and foreigners to conduct press, scientific research and tourist activities related to foreign ships and boats.	Ministry of Finance

Effect

This Decree takes effect on March 1, 2012.

Implementation responsibilities

1. The Ministry of Finance shall guide this Decree.

2. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies and chairpersons of provincial-level People's Committees shall implement this Decree.-
