DECISION

PROMULGATING THE LIST OF SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT IN SERVICE OF PETROLEUM ACTIVITIES, WHICH CAN BE PRODUCED AT HOME

THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

Pursuant to the Governments Decree No. 75/CP of November 1, 1995 defining the functions and tasks of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;

Pursuant to the Governments Decree No. 48/2000/ND-CP of September 12, 2000 guiding the implementation of the amended Petroleum Law;

After reaching agreement with the concerned ministries and branches,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the list of supplies in service of petroleum activities, which can be produced at home, to serve as basis for the determination of supplies which cannot be produced at home yet and are exempt from import tax and value added tax according to the provisions in Articles 54 and 55 of the Governments Decree No. 48/2000/ND-CP of September 12, 2000.

Article 2.- The import of equipment for petroleum activities shall comply with the list of equipment and special-use transport means, which can be produced at home, issued together with Decision No. 214/1999/QD-BKH of April 26, 1999, which serves as basis for determination of equipment which cannot be produced at home yet and are exempt from value added tax according to Article 55 of Decree No. 48/2000/ND-CP.
