CIRCULAR
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE POST AND TELEMATICS MINISTRY'S CIRCULAR NO. 01/2005/TT-BBCVT OF MAY 6, 2005, GUIDING THE LICENSING OF MAIL DELIVERY SERVICE BUSINESS AND REGISTRATION OF MAIL DELIVERY AGENCY FOR FOREIGN DELIVERY ORGANIZATIONS
THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the May 25, 2002 Ordinance on Post and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 157/2004Q/D-CP of August 18, 2004, detailing a number of articles of the Ordinance on Post and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 187/20&Z/ND-CP of December 25, 2007, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To amend and supplement the Post and Telematics Ministry' Circular No. 01/2005/ TT-BBCVT of May 6, 2005, guiding the licensing of mail delivery service business and registration of mail delivery agency for foreign delivery organization as follows:
1. To replace the phrase "Ministry of Post and Telematics" with the phrase "Ministry of Information and Communications".
