CIRCULAR
ON PROMULGATING FORMS TO CARRY OUT IMPLEMENTATION OF A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE GOVERNMENT’S DECREE NO. 88/2012/ND-CP, OF OCTOBER 23, 2012 ON ACTIVITIES OF INFORMATION AND PRESS OF FOREIGN PRESS, FOREIGN REPRESENTATIVE AGENCY AND ORGANIZATIONS IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 15/2008/ND-CP, of February 04, 2008 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.88/2012/ND-CP, of October 23, 2012 on activities of information and press of foreign press, foreign representative agency and organizations in Vietnam;
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs promulgates forms to carry out implementation of a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 88/2012/ND-CP, of October 23, 2012 on activities of information and press of foreign press, foreign representative agency and organizations in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the Decree No.88/2012/ND-CP) as follows:
Article 1. Scope of regulation and Subjects of application
This Circular promulgates types of forms of documents relating to activities of information and press of foreign press in Vietnam.
Subjects of application of this Circular include units, organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, agencies, organizations and individuals relating to activities of information and press of foreign press in Vietnam.
Article 2. To promulgate together with this Circular forms relating to activities of information and press of foreign press in Vietnam specified in Articles 4, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of the Decree No. 88/2012/ND-CP, including:
