ON THE ADDITIONAL IMPORT OF SUGAR UNDER THE 2010 TARIFF QUOTA

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP of December 27, 2007, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 12/ 2006/ND-CP of January 23, 2006, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding international purchase and sale of goods and activities of purchase and sale agency, processing and transit of goods with foreign parties;
In furtherance of the Prime Minister's directing opinions in Official Letter No. 955/ VPCP-KTTH of February 10, 2010, on the import of sugar for price valorization;
The Minister of Industry and Trade provides for the additional import of sugar under the 2010 tariff quota as follows:
