Circular No. 09/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated January 31, 2013 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing the amended list of permissible products for treating and improving the aquaculture environment in Vietnam
Pursuant to the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
Pursuant to the Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending article 3 of the Government’s Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine 2004;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government specifying the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine; the Government's Decree No. 119/2008/ND-CP dated November 28 2008, amending and supplementing the Government's Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15th 2005, specifying the implementation of a number of articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine;
At the proposal of the Director of Directorate of Fisheries;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural development issues the amended List of permissible products for treating and improving the aquaculture environment in Vietnam,
Article 1. Promulgated together with this Circular the amended List of Permissible products for treating and improving the aquaculture environment in Vietnam, including:
1. The Amended List of Permissible products for treating and improving the aquaculture environment in Vietnam (Annex 1);
2. The Amended List of Names and addresses of producers and importers in the List of permissible products in Vietnam (Annex 2);
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on March 16, 2013.
