Circular No. 11/2013/TT-BCT dated June 18, 2013 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade issuing the National Technical Regulations on petrol and oil shop’s design requirements
Pursuant to the Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Law on standards and technical regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP of August 01, 2007, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
At the proposal of Director of Science and Technology Department, the Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates National Technical Regulation on design requirements for filling station,
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Circular “the national technical regulation on design requirements for filling station”. With code of QCVN 01 : 2013/BCT.
Article 2. Effect
This Circular takes effect on August 01, 2013.
Article 3. Implementation responsibilities
1. The Department of Science and Technology shall organize implementation of this Circular nationwide.
2. The Departments of Industry and Trade in provinces and central-affiliated cities shall guide, inspect implementation of this Circular in their localities and report implementation of this Circular to the Ministry of Industry and Trade as prescribed.
3. The Chief of Ministerial office, the Chief Inspector of Ministry, Directors, General Directors, Directors under the Ministry, Directors of provincial Department of Industry and Trade, heads of concerned agencies, organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular.
