CIRCULAR
PROVIDING SOME FORMS USED IN THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF ARBITRATION
Pursuant to the Law on Commercial Arbitration June 17th 2010;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 63/2011/NĐ-CP dated July 28th 2011, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Commercial Arbitration;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 93/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 22nd 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice.
For the purpose of uniformly managing and using the forms for arbitration, the Ministry of Justice provides and guides the use of the forms for the organization and operation of arbitration as follows:
Article 1. Scope of regulation
This Circular provides some forms used in the organization and operation of commercial arbitration (hereinafter referred to as forms)
Article 2. Form users
Vietnamese citizens qualified for being arbitrators that apply for establishing arbitration centers.
The Services of Justice of central-affiliated cities and provinces (hereinafter referred to as Services of Justice)
Arbitration centers, branches of arbitration centers, foreign arbitral institutions, branches and representative offices of foreign arbitral institutions in Vietnam that carry out administrative procedures relevant to the arbitral practice in Vietnam.
Article 3. The forms enclosed with this Circular

2. The forms provided in Clause 1 this Article are designed on A4 paper, 05 forms of logbooks are designed on A3 paper.
