CIRCULAR
ISSUANCE OF THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS LIKELY TO CAUSE UNSAFETY UNDER THE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to the Law on People’s Police 2005;
Pursuant to the Law on product and goods quality 2007;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 77/2009/ND-CP dated September 15, 2009 of the Government stipulating the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government stipulating a number of articles of the Law on product and goods quality 2007;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Logistics and Technology;
The Minister of Public Security herein stipulates the list of products and goods likely to cause unsafety under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Public Security.
Article 1. Promulgated together with this Circular is the list of products and goods likely to cause unsafety under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Public Security (hereafter referred to as List of products and goods of group 2)
Article 2. Principles of management of product and goods quality under the list of products and goods of group 2:
1. The management of product and goods quality under the list of products and goods of group 2 issued together with this Circular is implemented under the national standard in the area of security or the corresponding national technical regulation issued by the Ministry of Public Security.
2. For the products and goods under the List of products and goods of group 2 without national standard in the area of security or corresponding national technical regulation, the management of quality is implemented by the current regulation until there is the national standard in the area of security or the corresponding national technical regulation
