Pursuant to the Law on telecommunication dated November 23, 2009;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition dated December 03, 2004;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 132/2013/ND-CP dated October 16, 2013 by the Government defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP dated April 06, 2011 by the Government providing guidance on the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on telecommunication;
At the request of the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority,
The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates the Circular No. on amending a number of articles of the Circular No. 18/2012/TT-BTTTT dated November 15, 2012 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on list of telecommunications enterprises, group of telecommunications enterprises with dominant position on market for the important telecommunication services
Article 1. To amend a number of articles in the Circular No. 18/2012/TT-BTTTT dated November 15, 2012 by the Minister of information and communications on list of telecommunications enterprises, group of dominant telecommunications enterprises:
