CIRCULAR
Annulling the Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 07, 2012 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the application of automatic import licenses to some steel products
Pursuant to the Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding international goods sale and purchase and goods sale, purchase, processing and transit agency activities with foreign countries;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 41/2005/QD-TTg dated March 2, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on goods import licensing;
At the proposal of the Bureau Chief of the Department of Export and Import;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues the Circular to annul the Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 07, 2012 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the application of automatic import licenses to some steel products,
Article 1. To annul the Circular promulgating the application of automatic import licenses to some steel products
1. To annul the Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 07, 2012 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the application of automatic import licenses to some steel products.
2. Businessmen import some steel products in accordance with regulations prescribed at Clause 1 of this Article to make the custom procedures with current regulations.
Article 2. Implementation effect
This Circular takes effect on the signing date./.
