CIRCULAR
STIPULATING ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES FOR IMPORTED CARS FROM 09 SEATS OR LESS
Pursuant to Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government providing for function, duties, authorities of organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No.12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law with respect to international goods purchases and sales activities; and activities of agency for sale and purchase, processing and transit of goods involving foreign parties;
Pursuant to Resolution No.11/NQ-CP dated February 24, 2010 of the Government on the solutions mainly focusing on containing inflation, stabilizing the macro economy, guaranteeing the social security;
To protect consumers’ interests and safety of road traffic, the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulates additional procedures for imported cars from 09 seats or less which are unused (hereinafter called as the car of 09 seats or less) as follows:

When conducting importing procedures for cars from 09 seats or less, apart from implementation of current regulations, traders must provide following additional documents to the competent state agency:
