CIRCULAR
ON THE IMPORT OF SALT, SUGAR, AND POULTRY EGGS UNDER THE TARIFF QUOTAS 2012
 
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP on December 27, 2007 on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 44/2011/ND-CP on June 14, 2011 on amending and supplementing Article 3 of the Government's Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP on January 23, 2006 detailing the implementation of The Law on Trade applicable to international goods trade and the agents activities of trading, processing and transiting goods with foreign parties;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 04/2006/TT-BTM on April 06, 2006 of the Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) guiding some contents of the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP on January 23, 2006 detailing the implementation of The Law on Commerce applicable to international goods trade and the agents activities of trading, processing and transiting goods with foreign parties;
After obtaining the opinion from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development and the Ministry of Finance, the Minister of Industry and Trade prescribes the import of salt, sugar, and poultry eggs under the tariff quota 2012 as follows:

Article 2. Principles of licensing goods import under tariff quota

1. Traders shall be allocated tariff quotas on the import of salt, sugar, and poultry eggs under the Circular No. 04/2006/TT-BTM on April 06, 2006 of the Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) guiding some contents of the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP on January 23, 2006 detailing the implementation of The Law on Commerce applicable to international goods trade and the agents activities of trading, processing and transiting goods with foreign parties;
