Circular No. 30/2013/TT-BYT dated October 4, 2013 of the Ministry of Health on promulgating the list of milk products for children under 6 years old, which pertain to goods subject to price stabilization
Pursuant to the Price Law No. 11/2012/QH13 dated June 20, 2012;
Pursuant to the Law on food safety No. 55/2010/QH12 dated June 17, 2010 and Government’s Decree No. 38/2012/ND-CP dated April 25, 2012, detailing implementation of a number of Articles of Law on food safety;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2012/ND-CP dated August 31, 2012, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
In furtherance of directive opinions of the Prime Minister at official dispatch No. 8119/VPCP-KTTH dated September 29, 2013, of the Governmental Office;
At the request of Director of Department of food safety;
The Minister of Health provides for the Circular promulgating the list of milk kinds for children aged under 6 years, which belong to goods subject to implementation of price stabilization.
Article 1. To promulgate the list of milk products for children under 6 years old, which pertain to goods subject to price stabilization according to Point h, Clause 2, Article 15 of the Price Law, including:
1. Nutritional formula products for children aged up to 36 months stipulated at the National Technical Regulations issued by the Ministry of Health.
2. Milk and nutrition products containing the animal nutrition in form of milk powder or milk liquid published to use for children under 6 years old but do not comply with the National Technical Regulations at the Clause 1 in this Article.
Article 2. List provided in Article 1 of this Circular is basis for the Ministry of Finance to implement price control as prescribed by law on price.
