CIRCULAR
ON AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT OF A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF DECISION NO.86/2005/QD-BNN DATED 26/12/2005 AND THE CIRCULAR NO.06/2010/TT - BNNPTNT DATED 02/02/2010
Pursuant to the Decree No.01/2008/CP dated 03/01/2008 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Decree No.75/2009/ND -CP dated 10/9/2009 of the Government on amendment of Article 3 of Decree No.01/2008/ND-CP dated 03/01/2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Hygiene and Food Safety No.12/2003/PL-UBTVQH passed by the National Assembly Standing Committee dated July 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine No.18/2004/PL-UBTVQH passed by the National Assembly Standing Committee dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No.163/2004/ND-CP September 07, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of some Articles of the Ordinance on Hygiene and Food Safety;
Pursuant to Decree No.163/2004/ND-CP September 07, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of some Articles of the Ordinance on Hygiene and Food Safety;
Pursuant to Decree No.33/2005/ND-CP of March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of some Articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine; and Decree No.119/2008/ND- CP dated 28/11/2008 of the Government amending and supplementing some Articles of Decree No.33/2005/ND-CP of March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of some Articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine;
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development amends and supplements some Articles of Decision No.86/2005/QD-BNN dated 26/12/2005 and Circular No.06/2010/TT-BNNPTNT on 02/02/2010 as follows:
Article 1. To amend and supplement the Decision No.86/2005/QD-BNN on 26/12/2005 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating regulations on application form for quarantine of animals, animal products; inspection of veterinary hygiene.
1. To amend Clause 23, Article 3 as follows:
"23. Certificate of quarantining imported animal products not used as food (Form 23) ".
2. To supplement clause 23a of Article 3 as follows:
"23a. Certificate of quarantine and hygiene, food safety for imported animal products used as food (Form 23a)."
Article 2. To amend and supplement Circular No. 06/TT-BNNPTNT on 02/02/2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regulating on the order, procedures of quarantining fisheries, aquatic products.
