CIRCULAR
GUIDING SOME CONTENTS ON THE MANAGEMENT OF WORKING OFFICES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES AND NON-BUSINESS UNITS
This Circular guides the management of working offices of administrative agencies and non-business units of the ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies attached to the Government, provincial/municipal People's Committees, central and local agencies of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Central Committee, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vietnam War Veterans' Association, Vietnam Women's Union, Vietnam Peasants' Association, and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
