1. Consultancy on branch establishment

+ Selecting the location of the branch and law provisions for the branch;

+ About the name of the branch: (Select and look up the name of the branch);
+ Business lines (in line with business lines and the law);
+ Advice on the head of the branch (in accordance with the law);
+ Advising on issues related to the internal business (model and organizational structure, operation and management methods, relationship between management positions, rights and obligations of members)
+ Completing the branch establishment dossier, including: Consultancy and refund of the minutes, decision on the establishment of the branch, notice of establishment of the branch, letter of authorization to set up the branch and other relevant papers.
2. Perform the tasks under authorization
Minh Khue Law Firm will perform the work under the authorization of the customer at the competent State agencies to register the establishment of the enterprise upon request. Contents of work to be performed:
+ Representing clients to submit, withdraw, receive registration dossiers for the establishment of branches at Business Registration Office;
+ To monitor the process of handling and notify the results of the submitted dossiers;
+ Receive branch registration certificate (Employees of MKLAW FIRM will be with business owner at the Business Registration Office to perform the above work);
+ Get branch seal;
+ Submit the Notification of the seal sample at the Business Registration Office
+ Carrying out procedures for tax code registration and import/export function for the branch.
3. Post-establishment consultancy:
Minh Khue Law Firm will assist and advise on the following issues:
+ Providing legal documents (via email);
+ To guide and support issues related to taxation and accounting in the initial period after its establishment.
