- Author's identity card (02 notarized copies);
- The computer software package is shown on 02 CDs;
- Computer manual (02 CDs of software code);
- A copy of the transfer of copyright (as provided by MKLAW FIRM);
- Declaration of copyright registration (as provided by MKLAW FIRM);

In addition to the above documents, you should provide us with the following documents:
- Two copies of the design contract, together with personal information on the author/co-authors.

2. The scope of work conducted by Minh Khue Law Firm:

- Fill the form of registration of copyrights.
- Write a transfer of copyright.
- Print Interface and Registration Code
2.2. Registration of copyright:
- Filing applications for copyright registration at the Copyright Office of Vietnam.
- Track work progress until the Certificate of Copyright Registration is issued.
- Customer representative receives the certificate at the Copyright Office of Vietnam.
- The term of validity of the Certificate of Copyright is 50 years and valid throughout the territory of Vietnam.
