DECISION
RE: REGULATIONS ON THE ISSUANCE OF VIETNAM’S CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN - FORM S FOR PREFERENTIAL TARIFF TREATMENT OF GOODS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION IN ECONOMICS, CULTURE, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE LAO PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Agreement on Co-operation in Econimics, Curture, Science and Technology between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Goverment of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, signed on January 16, 2004 in Vientiane;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 by the Government detailing functions, tasks, powers and organization of the Ministry of Trade;
Upon proposal of the Director of the Import – Export Department,
HEREBY DECIDES THAT:
Article 1. Attached to the Decision are the regulations on the issuance of Vietnam’s Certificate of Origin - Form S for Preferential Tariff Treatment of Goods under the Agreement on Co-operation in Econimics, Curture, Science and Technology between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Goverment of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic which has come into effect since January 16, 2004.
Article 2. The Decision comes into effect in 15 days since it is publicized in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministerial Office, the Director of the Personnel Organization Department, the Director of the Import – Export Department, Heads of ministerial-level agencies are responsible for implementation of the Decision./.
