DECISION
ANNOUNCING THE LIST OF GOODS SUBJECT TO BRANCH’S STANDARDS
THE MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSPORT
Pursuant to the December 24, 1999 Ordinance on Goods Quality;
Pursuant to the Governments Decree No. 22/CP of March 22, 1994 on the tasks, powers, State management responsibility and organizational structure of the Ministry of Communications and Transport;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2424/2000/QD-BKHCNMT of December 12, 2000 of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment promulgating the Provisional Regulation on the announcement of standard-compatibility goods;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science-Technology Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision the list of goods subject to the application of branchs standards.
Article 2.- Goods on the list mentioned in Article 1 must be announced as being compatible with the standards strictly according to the current law provisions and shall be allowed to be circulated on the market only after such announcement is made by enterprises.
