DECISION
APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO THE MASTER PLAN ON EXPLORATION, EXPLOITATION AND USE OF MINERALS FOR CEMENT PRODUCTION IN VIETNAM THROUGH 2020
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the March 20, 1996 Law on Minerals, and June 14, 2005 Law No. 46/2005/ QH11 Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Minerals;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 160/2005/ND-CP of December 27, 2005, detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Minerals and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Minerals;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 07/ 2009/ND-CP of January 22, 2009, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 160/2005/ND-CP of December 27, 2005, detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Minerals and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Minerals;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 105/2008/QD-TTg of July 21, 2008, approving the master plan on exploration, exploitation and use of minerals for cement production in Vietnam through 2020;
At the proposal of the Minister of Construction,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To approve adjustments and supplements to the master plan on exploration, exploitation and use of minerals for cement production in Vietnam through 2020 with the following principal contents:
1. Adjustments and supplements to the master plan on exploration, exploitation and use of minerals for cement production in Vietnam through 2020, provided in Appendix I to this Decision.
2. The master plan on exploration and exploitation of reserve mineral mines to meet production expansion needs of cement plants and for future cement investment projects, provided in Appendix II to this Decision.
3. The master plan on exploration and exploitation of mineral reserves for use as raw materials for shaft-kiln cement plants until they terminate operation, provided in Appendix III to this Decision.
4. Adjustments to the master plan on mines of minerals reserved for cement industry, provided in Appendix IV to this Decision.
