DECISION
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF TRADE IN THE PERIOD OF 2000 – 2004 WHICH HAVE EXPIRED
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Law dated November 12, 1996 on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Law dated December 16, 2002 providing modifications and supplements to certain articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, and other legal texts detailing implementation of this law;
Pursuant to Decree 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 by the Government describing functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the Ministry of Trade;
Following proposal by the Chief of the Ministerial Office and the Director of the Legal Department,
DECIDES
Article 1. To announce the list of 37 legal documents issued by the Ministry of Trade from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2004 which have expired.
Article 2. This Decision will come into effect in 15 days after it is publicized on the Gazette.
