DECISION
ON THE SUPPLEMENT OF CODES FOR NEWLY ESTABLISHED BANKS TO THE SYSTEM OF CODES FOR BANKS, CREDIT INSTITUTIONS AND THE STATE TREASURY ISSUED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DECISION NO. 59/2000/QD-NHNN2 DATED 22 FEBRUARY, 2000 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK
THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated 12 December, 1997 and the Law on Credit Institutions No.02/1997/QH10 dated 12 December, 1997.
Pursuant to the Decree No.15CP dated 2 March, 1993 of the Government providing for the assignment, authority and responsibility for the State management of the Ministries and ministrial-level agencies,
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department.
DECIDES
Article 1.
To supplement to the end of point d paragraph 3, Article 5 "Regulation on the system of Codes for banks, Credit institutions and the State Treasury that open accounts at the State Bank for direct payment transaction" issued in conjunction with the Decision No. 59/2000/QD-NHNN2 dated 22 February, 2000 of the Governor of the State Bank as follows:

Article 2.
This Decision shall be effective after 15 days from the date of signing.
Article 3.
The Head of the Administration Department, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Director of the Banking Information Technology Department, Heads of the relevant units of the State Bank of Vietnam, General Managers of the State Bank branches in provinces and cities under the central Government’s management, General Directors (Directors) of Credit institutions and State Treasury shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
