DECISION
ON ADJUSTING THE LIST OF GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS SUBJECT TO INVESTMENT ENCOURAGEMENT IN TAY NINH PROVINCE
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2000/ND-CP of July 31, 2000 of the Prime Minister detailing the implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To adjust the List of Geographical Areas Subject to Investment Encouragement issued together with Decree No. 24/2000/ND-CP of July 31, 2000 of the government detailing the implementation of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam as follows:
- To shift all districts of the Tay Ninh province from Section B (Geographical areas facing difficult socio-economic conditions) to Section A (Geographical areas facing special difficult socio-economic conditions);
