DECISION
ON  APPROVAL OF THE MASTER PLAN OF DEVELOPMENT OF BẢN GIỐC WATERFALL TOURISM CENTRE, CAO BẰNG PROVINCE
THE PRIME MINISTER
Based on the Law on Government on December 25, 2001;
Based on the Law on Tourism on June 14, 2005;
Based on the Law on Cultural Heritage on June 29, 2001;
Based on Decision No. 97/2002/QĐ-TTg on July 22, 2002 of the Governmental Prime Minister approving the Strategy of Development of Vietnam Tourism for 2001-2010 period;
Considering the proposal of the Head of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and the Minister of Planning and Investment,
DECIDES
Article 1. To approve the Master Plan of development of the Bản Giốc Waterfall Tourism Centre, Cao Bằng Province with the following main contents:
1/ The scope of the plan:
The Bản Giốc Waterfall Tourism Centre has a scope of about 1,000-hectare land area belonging to Đàm Thủy Commune, Trùng Khánh district, Cao Bằng province. The boundary of the Tourism centre is defined in detail as follows:
- The Northeast is adjacent to the national border line with China;
- The North is adjacent to Lũng Nọi village, Lũng Phiắc (the upper branch of the Quây Sơn river),
- The Northwest is adjacent to Chang hamlet, Giộc Mạ village, Nà Ay;
- The West is adjacent to provincial road 206 and Gun stream;
- The South is adjacent to Phia Lác Mountain, Thuôn hamlet and part of the boundary of Hạ Lang district.
