DECISION
ON RECOGNIZATION OF NATIONAL PRECIOUS OBJECTS
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government organization, of December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritages, of June 29, 2001 and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of Law on Cultural Heritages, of June 18, 2009;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.98/2010/ND-CP, of September 21, 2010 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of Law on Cultural Heritages, and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of Law on Cultural Heritages;
At the proposal of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the report No.129/TTr-BVHTTDL, of July 06, 2012; the appraisal opinion of the Council of National Cultural Heritages in the official dispatch No.06/BC-HDDSVHQG, of March 02, 2012,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To recognize the national precious objects (time 1) for the following objects, object groups:
1. Ngoc Lu ancient bronze drum (Dong Son culture, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
2. Hoang Ha ancient bronze drum (Dong Son culture, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
3. Dao Thinh ancient bronze jar (Dong Son culture, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
4. The bronze statue of a piggybacking and panpipe-playing couple (Dong Son culture, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
5. The bronze lamp shaped as a kneeling man (Dong Son culture, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
6. Canh Thinh ancient bronze drum (Tay Son era, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
7. Bronze royal stamp “official seal” (Tran dynasty, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
8. Pottery jar with swan patterns (Le dynasty, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
9. “Revolutionary Road” book (a work of President Ho Chi Minh, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
10. “Prison Diary” book (a work of President Ho Chi Minh, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
11. A draft of the “Call on the whole nation to carry out the resistance war” (a handwritten draft of president Ho Chi Minh, currently being kept at the National History Museum).
12. A draft of the “Call on fellow citizens and soldier of whole nation” (a written was read on the Vietnam radio by president Ho Chi Minh on the morning of July 17, 1966, currently being kept at the Ho Chi Minh Museum).
