DECISION
ISSUING THE REGULATION ON ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the September 30, 1992 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the December 2, 1998 Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/ND-CP of August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Education Law;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 07/2001/ND-CP of February 1, 2001 on National Universities;
At the proposals of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission for Organization and Personnel and the Minister of Education and Training
 
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision the Regulation on organization and operation of the National Universities.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing. All previous documents which are contrary to this Decision are hereby annulled.
