DECISION
ON THE TEMPORARILY SUSPEND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DECISION No 146/2002/QD-BTC DATED 4 DECEMBER 2002 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON AMENDMENT OF NAMES AND IMPORT TAX RATES FOR PRE-ASSEMBLED AUTOMOBILES AND AUTO PARTS IN THE PREFERENTIAL TARIFF FORM.
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Governments Decree No.86/2002/ND-CP of November 5, 2002 on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Governments Decree No.178/CP of October 28, 1994 on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Finance Ministry;
Pursuant to Article 1 of the Governments Decree No.94/1998/ND-CP of November 17, 1998 detailing the implementation of the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of Law No.04/1998/QH10 of May 20, 1998 on Export Tax and Import Tax;
After consulting the Prime Minister of the Government:
DECIDES:
Article 1. Temporarily suspend the implementation of the Decision No 146/2002/QD-BTC dated 4 December 2002 of the Minister of Finance on the amendment of names, codes and import tax for pre-assembled automobiles and auto parts in the Preferential tariff Form until the ministry issues a new decision in this regard.
