DECISION
APPROVING THE LIST OF COMMUNES MEETING WITH SPECIAL DIFFICULTIES WHICH HAVE FUNDAMENTALLY ACHIEVED OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM ON SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN COMMUNES MEETING WITH SPECIAL DIFFICULTIES IN MOUNTAINOUS ETHNIC MINORITY, BORDER, AND DEEP-LYING AND REMOTE AREAS (PROGRAM NO. 135 OF THE 1999-2005 PERIOD)
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 135/1998/QD-TTg of July 31, 1998, approving the program on socio-economic development in mountainous, deep-lying and remote communes meeting with special difficulties;
At the proposal of the Minister-Chairman of the State Nationalities Commission,
 
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To approve the list of 671 communes meeting with special difficulties which have fundamentally achieved the objectives of the program on socio-economic development for communes meeting with special difficulties in mountainous ethnic minority, border, and deep-lying and remote areas (hereinafter called Program No. 135 of the 1999-2005 period for short). The list of communes having fundamentally achieved the objectives of Program No. 135 of the 1999-2005 period is promulgated together with this Decision.
