DECISION
APPROVAL OF THE ACTION PLAN FOR ENACTMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 05-NQ/BCSĐ DATED 06/01/2010 OF THE PARTY CADRE COMMITTEE OF MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON INNOVATION IN TERTIARY EDUCATION MANAGEMENT FOR DURATION 2010-2012
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 issued by the Government specifying the functions, responsibilities, authority and organizational structure of the Ministry, and ministerial agencies;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 issued by the Government specifying the functions, responsibilities, authority and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to the Resolution No. 05-NQ/BCSĐ dated 06/01/2010 issued by the Party Cadre Committee of the Ministry of Education and Training on innovation in management over tertiary education for the duration 2010-2012;
In reference to the request of the Personnel Department, thereof,
NOW DECIDES:
Article 1. To approve the Action Plan for enactment of Resolution No. 05-NQ/BCSĐ dated 06/01/2010 of the Party Cadre Committee of Ministry of Education and Training on innovation in management over tertiary education for the duration 2010-2012, attached herewith this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect starting the date of signing.
Officer in Chief of the Ministerial Office, the Director of the Personnel Department and heads of the units affiliated to the Ministry of Education and Training are responsible to carry out this Decision.
 
Recipients:
- NA Chairman and vice NA chairmen;
- Prime Minister, governmental vice ministers;
- Central Ideology Commission;
- Central Office of the Party;
- National Assembly Office;
- Government Office;
- National Assembly committee for Culture and Education of Youth and Adolescent (for report);
