DECISION
ON ESTABLISHMENT OF DA NANG HI-TECH ZONE MANAGEMENT BOARD
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the November 13, 2008 High Technology Law;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1979/QD-TTg of October 28, 2010, establishing, and promulgating the operation regulation of, the Da Nang Hi-Tech Zone;
At the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology and the chairperson of the People's Committee of Da Nang city,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To establish the Da Nang Hi-Tech Zone Management Board under the People's Committee of Da Nang city.
Article 2. The Da Nang Hi-Tech Zone Management Board is a state management agency of general-department level which has seal bearing the national emblem, is a tier-1 state budget-funded unit, acts as a focal point for allocation of annually planned targets, receives state budget funds for its operation and is headquartered in Da Nang city.
