Decision No. 20/2014/QD-TTg dated March 11, 2014 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of Cao Bang province border-gate economic zone
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the November 29, 2005 Law on Investment;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP of March 14, 2008, providing industrial parks, export-processing zones and economic zones, and the Government’s Decree No. 164/2013/ND-CP of November 12, 2013, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP of March 14, 2008, providing industrial parks, export-processing zones and economic zones;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1531/QD-TTg of August 30, 2013, approving the Scheme on revising the master plan on development of Vietnam’s border-gate economic zones through 2020, with a vision toward 2030;
At the proposals of the Minister of Planning and Investment and the chairperson of People’s Committee of Cao Bang province;
The Prime Minister promulgates the Decision on the establishment of Cao Bang province border-gate economic zone.
Article 1. To establish Cao Bang province border-gate economic zone
1. Cao Bang province border-gate economic zone has definite geographical boundaries within Vietnam’s territory and under national sovereignty, and a separate economic space.
Cao Bang province border-gate economic zone covers the (whole or partial) area of border communes, from Duc Long commune, Thach An district, to Can Nong commune, Thong Nong district, specifically:
- Thach An district: The whole area of Duc Long commune.
- Phuc Hoa district: Ta Lung and Hoa Thuan townships, My Hung, Dai Son and Cach Linh communes, and Tha Miang-Khuoi Rung, Khuoi Khuong, Khun Thuong and Khun Ha hamlets of Trieu Au commune.
- Ha Lang district: Thi Hoa, Ly Quoc and Minh Long communes; Ban Khua, Ban Thun and Na Thung hamlets of Co Ngan commune; Pac Lung, Coc Khot, Na Hoach, Ban Dau and Pac Khao hamlets of Thai Duc commune; Ban Cac, Vac Nhang, Ban Khoong, Pac Ty and Thom Thay hamlets of Viet Chu commune; Khi Rot, Lung Lac and Kieng Phac hamlets of Quang Long commune; and Cung-Bua-Man and Lung Nam hamlets of Dong Loan commune.
