Decision No. 40/2013/QD-TTg of July 10, 2013, promulgating the national program on promotion and mobilization of foreign non-governmental aid during 2013-2017

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;

At the proposal of the Chairman of the Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Affairs,

The Prime Minister decides to promulgate the national program on promotion and mobilization of foreign non-governmental aid during 2013-2017.

Article 1. To promulgate the national program on promotion and mobilization of foreign non- governmental aid during 2013-2017 with a view to intensifying the management and increasing the effectiveness of cooperation with foreign non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Article 2. The Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations and the Chairman of the Committee for Foreign Non-Governmental Organization Affairs shall organize and guide the implementation of the national program on promotion and mobilization of foreign non-governmental aid during 2013-2017.
