Decision No. 4430/QD-BCT dated July 01, 2013 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on authorizing the Department of Export and Import to sign the Certificates of temporary import, re-export and temporary export and re-import
Pursuant to the Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government making detailed provisions for implementation of the Commercial Law with respect to international purchases and sales of goods; and agency for sale and purchase, processing and transit of goods involving foreign parties;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 619/QD-BCt dated January 29, 2013 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade promulgating functions, tasks, rights and organizational structure of the Department of Export and Import,
At the proposal of the Head of Export and Import Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To authorize the Head of Export and Import Department to sign in the Certificates of temporary import, re-export and temporary export and re-import prescribed at Article 13 and Article 14 of the Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government making detailed provisions for implementation of the Commercial Law with respect to international purchases and sales of goods; and agency for sale and purchase, processing and transit of goods involving foreign parties;
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
Article 3. Chief Officer of the Ministry, the Head of Export and Import Department shall implement this Decision./.
