DECISION
ON THE WHOLESALE PRICES OF ELECTRICITY FOR RURAL AREAS, DORMITORIES AND POPULATION QUARTERS
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP of May 28, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Electricity Law of December 3, 2004, and the Government's Decree No. 105/2005/ND-CP of August 17, 2005, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Electricity Law;
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 276/2006/QD-TTg of December 4, 2006, on selling prices of electricity;
At the proposal of director of the Finance-Accounting Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate the wholesale prices of electricity for rural areas, dormitories and population quarters nationwide as follows:
1. The wholesale prices of electricity for rural areas:
a/ The wholesale price of electricity in service of rural daily-life activities: VND 390/kWh
b/ The wholesale price of electricity for other purposes: VND 795/kWh
2. The wholesale prices of electricity for dormitories and population quarters:
a/ The wholesale prices of electricity in service of daily-life needs:
+ Selling though consumers' transformers: VND 640/kWh
+ Selling though electricity sellers' transformers: VND 650/kWh
b/ The wholesale price of electricity for other purposes: VND 860/kWh
