DECISION
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE LIST OF CONSUMER GOODS TO SERVE DETERMINATION OF IMPORT TAX PAYMENT TIME LIMIT
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Point e, Clause 3, Article 4 of Decree No. 94/1998/ND-CP of November 17, 1998 of the Government detailing the implementation of Law No. 04/1998/QH10 of May 20, 1998 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Import Tax and Export Tax.
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision the list of the amendments and supplements to the List of consumer goods to serve the determination of import tax payment time limit, issued together with Decision No. 1655/1998/QD-BTM of December 25, 1998 of the Trade Ministry.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.
