DECISION
ON CORRECTION OF THE FINANCE MINISTER’S DECISION No. 81/2005/QD-BTC OF NOVEMBER 18, 2005
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the December 26, 2002 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP of March 23, 2004 on CONG BAO of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Finance Ministry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,
 
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To modify the phrase “Under Headings from No. 6301 to 6307” in the second line, Article 1 of Decision No. 81/2005/QD-BTC of November 18, 2005, on the implementation of the commitments in the Vietnam-US Agreement on Textile and Garment Trading, into “Under Headings from No. 6301 to 6308”.
