DECISION
On electricity selling price
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government defining the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004 and the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Electricity Law dated November 20, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 137/2013/ND-CP dated October 21, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of the Electricity Law and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Electricity Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 69/2013/QD-TTg dated November 19, 2013 of the Prime Minister regulating the mechanism to adjust the average electricity selling price;
Pursuant to Decision No. 28/QD-TTg dated April 7, 2014 of the Prime Minister regulating the structure of electricity retail tariff;
Pursuant to Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT dated May 29, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating the implementation of electricity selling price;
At the request of Director of Electricity Regulatory Authority,
DECIDES:
Article 1. Issuing the electricity retail price to groups of customers using electricity and the electricity selling price to electricity retailing units specified in the Appendix attached to this Decision. The electricity selling price specified in the Appendix attached to this Decision does not include the value added tax.
Article 2. The average retail price is 1,508.85 dong/ kWh (with VAT excluded)
Article 3. This electricity selling price is applied on June 01, 2014.
Article 4. Chief of Office of the Ministry, Director of Director ofElectricity Regulatory Authority, General Director of Vietnam Electricity Group, related organizations or individuals shall implement this Decision./.
