Decision No. 49/2013/QD-TTg of August 2, 2013, adding Article 3a to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 06/2013/QD-TTg of January 24, 2013, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Portal

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 08/2012/ND-CP of February 16, 2012, promulgating the Government’s Working Regulation;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 74/2012/ND-CP of September 29, 2012, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Office;

At the proposal of the Minister-Director of the Government Office,

The Prime Minister promulgates the Decision to add Article 3a to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 06/2013/QD-TTg of January 24, 2013, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Portal.

Article 1. To add following Article 3a after Article 3 of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 06/2013/QD-TTg of January 24, 2013, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Portal as follows:

“Article 3a. Financial mechanism

The Government Portal shall implement the financial mechanism applicable to public non-business units and the regulations applicable to press agencies.”

Article 2. Effect

This Decision takes effect on September 20, 2013.

Article 3. Implementation responsibility

1. The Government Office shall take the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance in, promulgating the Regulation on financial management of the Government Portal mentioned in Article 1 of this Decision in accordance with law.
