DECISION
RATIFYING THE NORMS OF TIMBERS TO BE EXPLOITED FROM NATURAL FORESTS FOR THE 2002-2005 PERIOD
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,
At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To ratify the stable norm of 300,000 m3/year of timbers to be exploited from natural forests for provinces in the 2002-2005 period.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall, according to their respective functions and tasks, allocate the plan norms of timbers to be exploited from natural forests for each province in each year of the 2002-2005 period; direct the exploitation designing and supervise the exploitation of forests according to the current regulations.
