Decision No. 525/QD-BTC dated March 19, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance correcting the Joint Circular No. 225/2012/TTLT-BTC-BTTTT-BKH&DT dated December 26, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the regime on management and usage of state budget on the implementation of the national target program on transferring information to mountainous regions, remote regions, boundaries and islands in the period 2012 – 2015
Pursuant to the Law No.17/2008/QH12 dated June 12, 2009 of the National Assembly on promulgation of legal documents;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 100/2010/ND-CP dated September 28, 2010 of the Government on "Cong bao";
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Head of Administrative and Finance Career Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To correct point b, clause 2, Article 2 and point b, clause 1, Article 3 at the Joint Circular No. 225/2012/TTLT-BTC-BTTTT-BKH&DT dated December 26, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the regime on management and usage of state budget on the implementation of the national target program on transferring information to mountainous regions, remote regions, boundaries and islands in the period 2012 – 2015 as follows:
