DECISION
PROMULGATING THE LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES SUBJECT TO QUALITY STANDARD ANNOUNCEMENT
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Goods Quality of December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 73/CP of November 1, 1995 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational apparatus of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 07/CP of February 5, 1996 on the management of plant varieties;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 86/CP of December 8, 1995 on the division of responsibilities of State management over goods quality;
At the proposals of the director of the Department for Agricultural and Forestry Promotion and the director of the Department for Sciences, Technologies and Product Quality,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the list of plant varieties subject to quality standard announcement.
Article 2.- In each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall adjust the names of plant varieties on the above-said list in order to meet the production and business service demands.
