DECISION
PROMULGATING THE DETAILED LIST OF PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS ENTITLED TO THE STATE'S DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT CREDIT LOANS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 106/2004/ND-CP of April 1, 2004 on the State's development investment credits;
Based on the Prime Minister's directing opinions in the Government Office's Document No. 2957/VPCP-KTTH of June 11, 2004;
At the proposal of the director of the Department for Finance of Banks and Financial Institutions,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- This Decision prescribes the detailed list of programs and projects entitled to the State's development investment credit loans.
The detailed list of programs and projects entitled to the State's development investment credit loans uniformly applies as from the effective date of the Government's Decree No. 106/2004/ND-CP of April 1, 2004 on the State's development investment credits.
