THE PRIME MINISTER
Decision No. 548/QD-TTg dated April 04, 2013 of the Prime Minister on adjusting direction, tasks and plan on transport infrastructure development of Mekong river delta by 2015, with vision to 2020
Pursuant to the Law on Government organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 638/QD-TTg dated April 28, 2011 of the Prime Minister on direction, tasks and plan on transport infrastructure development of Mekong river delta by 2015, with vision till 2020;
Pursuant to the Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated February 24, 2011 of the Government on solutions mainly focusing on containing inflation, stabilizing the macro economy, guaranteeing the social security;
Pursuant to the Directive No. 1792/CT-TTg dated October 15, 2011 of the Prime Minister on strengthening investment management from state budget capital and Government bond capital;
At the proposal of the Ministry of Transport at the documents No. 8629/BGTVT-KHDT dated October 15, 2012, document No. 10652/BGTVT-KHDT dated December 17, 2012,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To adjust clause 3 Article 1 of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 638/QD-TTg dated April 28, 2011 on direction, tasks and plan on transport infrastructure development of Mekong river delta by 2015, with vision till 2020 to be conformable with the resource conditions of country, specifying as follow:
1. To further complete the projects on transport infrastructure already included in plan 2005 – 2010 under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 344/2005/QD-TTg dated December 26, 2005, including:
a. Road:
- To complete the investment in construction and renovation, upgrading of projects: National road 91's section from Chau Doc to Tinh Bien, National road 50's section from My Loi to Go Cong and from Go Cong to My Tho; National road 5.'s section from Km139 to Km168;
- To complete the project of southern coastal corridor road (from Xa Xia border gate to Ca Mau) with loans from ADB, EDCF and non-refundable aid from the Australia Government.
b. Internal waterways:
To complete the project of Mekong delta transport infrastructure development with loan from the World Bank.
2. To prioritize in concentrating in allocation of capital so as to pay for finished volume of the important, urgent and unfinished projects; to carry out investment in several key projects with important signification managed by the Central, including:
