DECISION
APPROVING THE PROGRAM ON DEVELOPMENT OF MARKETPLACES TILL 2010
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 02/2003/ND-CP dated January 14, 2003 on development and management of marketplaces;
At the proposal of the Minister of Trade,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To approve the program on development of marketplaces till 2010 with the following principal contents:
I. PROGRAMS OBJECTIVES
1. Overall objectives:
To develop and efficiently exploit the networks of marketplaces with diversified types and grades; and at the same time to renovate the organization and management of marketplaces in all localities, especially in rural and mountainous areas; to contribute to expanding the market, stepping up goods circulation and service provision; to consume more and more commodity farm produce and provide more and more sufficiently supplies and consumer goods, contributing to developing production and improving the life of people, especially those in rural and mountainous areas.
