Decision No. 579/QD-LDTBXH dated April 10, 2013 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs On promulgating the implementation plan of the project of propaganda, dissemination and education of labor laws for workers and employers in the types of enterprise in period 2013 - 2016
MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Decree No. 106/2012/ND-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Pursuant to the Decision No. 31/2009/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2009 of the Prime Minister Prime Minister on approving the project of propaganda, dissemination and education of labor laws for workers and employers in the types of enterprise in period 2009 - 2012.
Pursuant to the Decision No. 409/QD-TTg dated April 09, 2012 of the Prime Minister promulgating the action program to implement the Conclusions No. 04-KL/TW dated April 19, 2019 of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (XI).
At the proposal of the Director of Department of Legal Affairs,
DECIDES
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Decision the implementation plan of the project of propaganda, dissemination and education of labor laws for workers and employers in the types of enterprise in period 2013 – 2016.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on its singing date.
Article 3. The Chief of Office, the Director of Planning and Finance Department, the Department of Legal Affairs, the Director of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Department in centrally run cities and provinces.

A. ACTION PLAN
I. PURPOSES AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Purposes

1.1. Continue to implement the objectives of the project approved by the Prime Minister in 2009 synchronously and effectively; Strive to achieve the general objectives by 2016, creating the dramatic changes on awareness in complying the law in general and the labor law specifically for workers and employers, building the labor relationship harmoniously in enterprises and contributing to promote the production and stabilize the society, building and completing the socialist state governed by law and of the people, by the people and for the people.
