ANNOUNCING AVERAGE COMMODITY ELECTRICITY-SELLING PRICES TO BE APPLIED AS THE PRICE FOR CALCULATING ROYALTIES ON NATURAL WATER USED FOR HYDROPOWER GENERATION IN 2010
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP of November 27, 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 05/ 2009/ND-CP of January 19, 2009, detailing the Ordinance on Royalties and the Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Article 6 of the Ordinance on Royalties;
Pursuant to the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 45/2009/TT-BTC of March 11, 2009, guiding value-added tax, royalties and enterprise income tea for hydropower generation establishments;
Pursuant to the Industry and Trade Ministry's Circular No. 08/2010/TT-BCT of February 24,
2010, providing for electricity-selling prices in 2010 and implementation guidance;
At the proposal of the General Director of Taxation and the Director of the Price Management Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To announce average commodity electricity-selling prices to be applied a* the price for calculating royalties on natural water used for hydropower generation in; 2010 to hydropower generation establishments as follows:
