DECISION
PROMULGATING THE LIST OF NATIONAL PROJECTS CALLING FOR FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN THE 2001-2005 PERIOD
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the November 12, 1996 Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam and the June 9, 2000 Law No. 18/2000/QH10 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 09/2001/NQ-CP of August 28, 2001 on enhancing the attraction and raising the efficiency of foreign direct investment in the 2001-2005 period;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision the List of national projects calling for foreign direct investment in the 2001-2005 period. This List may be supplemented depending on the requirement of the development process.
