DECISION
ON ADDITION OF ZONING PLANNING FOR EXPLORATION, EXTRACTION, PROCESSING, USE OF TIN, TUNGSTEN AND ANTIMONY ORES OF PERIOD 2007-2015, IN CONSIDERATION TOWARD 2025
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the Mineral Law No.60/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2010;
Pursuant to the Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Decree No.44/2011/ND-CP dated June 14, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing Article 3 of the Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Decision No.05/2008/QD-BCT dated March 04, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on approving the zoning planning of exploration, extraction, processing and use of tin, tungsten and antimony ores of period 2007-2015, in consideration toward 2025;
Pursuant to the proposal of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province in the Document No.2513/UBND-TNMT dated October 16, 2012;
At the proposal of the Director of Department of Heavy Industry,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To add the project of metal antimony refining plant, with a capacity of 800 tons/year in Lam Binh, Tuyen Quang province in Appendix C2 - The projects to select and refine antimony of period 2007-2025 in the Decision No.05/2008/QD-BCT dated March 04, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade approving the zoning planning for exploration, extraction, processing and use of tin, tungsten and antimony of period 2007-2015, in consideration toward 2025.
